Arrival and departure
Your room will be done no later than 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.
On your day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room no later than 12:00 noon.
Adapter and charging cable
At the reception we have a selection of adapters for your electronic devices as well as various charging cables for tablets
and smartphones are available.
Allgäu-Walser-Card
The Allgäu-Walser-Card is an electronic guest card that entitles you to several discounts and complimentary services
in the region. You will gain this card and all needed information when you check in.
A refundable deposit of Euro 5,00 rests on that card, which will be retained in the case of lost or damage.
Please return the card at check out.
Allergies
Our beds (bed linen and bed inlay) as well as the high-quality carpeting in our rooms are suitable for guests with allergies.
Please let us know if you have any food intolerances or allergies so that our catering team can take these into account.
Activities and excursions
Details of recreational activities can be provided by our reception team.
Audio/multimedia entertainment
All rooms are equipped with a flat screen TV. The program of national and international TV and radio stations is available in the rooms.
Babies and small children
We ask you to reserve a cot for your child in advance. If requested, we provide baby cots, bottle warmers, hot-water bottles, bottle sterilisers, night lights, and baby phones. Please contact the reception.
Bar
Our bar staff will happily serve you coffee and tea specialties, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages as well as a variety of cocktails. The bar is also a central meeting point, where we accompany you through the evening with live music on selected days.
Bicycles
Anyone wishing to explore the Allgäu region by bicycle is welcome to use one of our classic, modern bicycles or mountain bikes at no extra charge and deposit. You can also charge and deposit your private e-bikes in our underground car park.
For a small fee, we can also lend a comfortable electric bicycle. The reservation should be arranged in advance. Please contact the reception.
Billing
At the reception you can settle your bill after 8:00 am on your day of departure or prior to 9:00 pm the evening before.
Cash, EC card, VISA or MasterCard are accepted.
Bus and Railway
You can use most of the bus connections free of charge with your Allgäu Walser Card. For trips by train a holiday ticket
can be booked onto that card. Our reception team is at your disposal for details.
Cable Cars
Guests staying from May to November can take advantage of a complimentary “all-inclusive cable car” ticket.
It is valid for as many trips as you like on the Nebelhorn, Söllereck, Fellhorn, Kanzelwand, Ifen and Walmendingerhorn cable
cars, and can also be used on the Zafernalift and Heubergarena chair lifts. Our reception team can provide you with plenty
of suggestions for enjoyable walks and hiking tours.
Please don`t forget that you book an extra ticket for your dog. For more information contact the reception.
Cancellation fees
Cancellation of your room reservation is free of charge up to six weeks before the date of arrival.
If you have to cancel after this deadline or depart early, we charge between 50 and 80 percent of the travel price.

We would be happy to copy and scan your templates free of charge at our reception.

Dresscode
The Hotel Exquisit is a 4-star superior hotel - we are proud of that and present ourselves appropriately for this classification.
We appreciate, if you adapt your clothing to the well-groomed atmosphere of our house.
E-mobility
We provide charging stations for your electric car on our outdoor parking in front of the hotel. There are charging options
for your e-bike in the underground car park.
Events
You can use your digital guest information in your room as well as our daily house newspaper „Auszeit“.
Also, our staff at the reception will inform you and the flat screen in the “Loretto Lounge” broadcasts the daily events
in Oberstdorf.
Family celebrations and conferences
Our hotel has two very well-appointed rooms to host meetings and events. The Nebelhorn conference room accommodates
up to 24 people, and the “Prinzensaal” approximately 50. All types of family celebrations can be organised to your specific
requirements. Our reception team can gladly provide advice and help you to plan and host your event.
Garage
Parking spaces are available in our underground car park. In front of the hotel we offer a limited number
of parking spaces with e-charging stations.
Please note that there is a no stopping zone in the surrounding streets and parking is not possible there.
Gym
The gym with Life-Fitness equipment is open daily from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Our reception team will inform
you about using the fitness equipment and booking of personal coach.
Golf
There are three attractive golf courses in the surrounding of the Exquisit. Tee times can be arranged at reception at a discounted rate:
• Oberstdorf golf course, 9 hole, about 5 minutes away
• Oberallgäu golf course, 18 hole, about 15 minutes away
• Sonnenalp golf course, 18 hole, about 15 minutes away
Our indoor golf facility can be used all year round, regardless of the weather: the Arcadia Premium
simulator allows you to play at a selection of 25 stunning golf courses. Please reserve a slot at reception (additional charge).

Our refugium for health, beauty, fitness and well-being can be reached by lift or via the panorama
stairway and is open till 8:00 pm.

Housekeeping
Your room will be cleaned daily by 4:00 pm at the latest. Please hang the provided sign with your corresponding request on the outside of your room door.
Internet
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, with the exception of the restaurant. At the reception you can borrow a laptop and a printer for free use.
The password for Internet access is “Atempause”.

If you have any problems with your Internet access, ask at reception, we will be happy to help you
Ironing service
Upon request, we can provide you with an ironing board and iron. Of course, you can bring your clothes to be ironed,
they will be returned to you within an hour.
Laundry
A laundry bag can be found in the wardrobe, with an order form and price list. If handed in before 9:00 am
we will return your clothes on the same day by 7:00 pm, except weekends.
We offer you the option of chemical cleaning through our external partner.
Library
You will find a selection of books and photography collections in our “Loretto Lounge”.
Loretto Lounge
Our Loretto Lounge, opposite the stairway, is the perfect place to linger.
Refreshments will be served there as well, please inform our waiters.
Luggage
Our reception team will manage your luggage on arrival and departure. We can gladly store your bags and cases temporarily prior to your arrival or departure. If you need assistance with forwarding luggage by train or post, our reception team will be glad to help you.
Linen change
We change your bed linen every three days, or every day if you wish. Please inform the reception or housekeeping.
Medical care
You can reach the reception 24 hours a day using the speed dial buttons on your room telephone.
A list of doctors is available at the reception.
Minibar
There is a minibar in your room which will be checked and refilled daily. A price list is provided for the minibar selection, but please let us know if you whish something else.
Newspaper
The local daily “Allgäuer Anzeigeblatt” and “Welt” newspapers are available every day in the restaurant.
A selection of other newspapers and magazines can be purchased at the reception.
No smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of the guest rooms, suites or hotel in general.
Ashtrays are provided for smokers outside, to the right of the hotel entrance and on the south terrace.
Parking
Parking spaces are available in our underground car park. In front of the hotel we offer a limited number of parking
spaces with e-charging stations. We also offer a valet parking service.

Pets
Your four-legged friends are also welcome to stay with us. We have designated rooms and suites in different categories where they will feel at home. The relevant surcharges can be found in our current price list.
Let us know when making your reservation if your pet will be joining you.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in the restaurant, or in the health and beauty spa.
Important for using the cable cars with a dog. Please note that you have to buy a ticket for your dog and you also need a muzzle for your dog in some of the cable cars. Please contact the reception for further information.
Prinzensaal
The "Prinzensaal" can be used for all manner of family celebrations, anniversaries, gatherings and parties. Please ask us about arranging your special event.

Take breakfast in our restaurant or on the terrace between 7:00 am and 10:30 am.
• Lunch
Light snacks can be taken from the buffet in our restaurant between 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm.
• Our Café Himmelschrofen is open in the summer months from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., weather permitting.
• Afternoon
Sweet treats are served at the bar between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm.
• Dinner
“Gourmet-Menu” bookable
Head and star chef Frank Aldinger creates an excellent 5-course gourmet menu for you every evening.
On Thursday we pamper you with a 6-course gala-menu.
Our kitchen team will be happy to offer you lactose-free, gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan alternatives
on request.
You are welcome to book our gourmet package for Euro 39.00 per person and evening. (Prices for
children on request).
The booking is possible both in advance together with the room reservation, as well as on site until
2:00 pm every day. Short-term reservation subject to availability.
From 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm you can take your designated table in our restaurant or, weather permitting,
a table of your choice on our south-facing terrace.
Reception
During the day our reception team is at your disposal for all your wishes. Our night porter will take care of your concerns between 10:00 pm and 6:30 am. You can always reach a contact person using your room telephone.
Room service
Room service for food and beverages can be ordered from 06:00 am to 10:00 pm every day by pressing the “Restaurant” key on your telephone.
Safe
Please place your valuables in your room safe, which is insured to the value of € 800,00.
Scan and copy
We would be happy to copy and scan your templates free of charge at reception.
Sewing service
You will find a small sewing kit in the closet. Please contact the reception for major repairs.
Shuttle service
We offer a free shuttle service to and from Oberstdorf station for guests travelling by train.
Please notify the reception team in good time of your arrival and departure times.

and a selection of pillows are available.

For your winter sports equipment, lockers including a shoe drying system are available in our ski depot.

If you`ve forgotten something, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor and so on contact our reception team. We´re happy to help you with some articles for free.
Towels
We are happy to change your towels every day on request. Please inform the reception or housekeeping.

Your valuables are insured to the sum of € 800,00 when kept in the room safe.
