Whether large tables, quiet zones, window seats with mountain views or sunny spots on the sun terrace – experience our exquisite cuisine in the ambience of your choice. Your wishes will be taken into account by the chef de cuisine and star chef Frank Aldinger. Every dish is full of love, creativity and regional ingredients.
Restaurant opening hours
Breakfast from 7.00 am to 10.30 am
In the restaurant or on the sun terrace; breakfast in the room is possible (with breakfast wish list, available at the reception).
Lunch snacks from 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm
The restaurant serves a buffet with small hot and cold delicacies.
Afternoon snacks from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm
Cakes and sweet pastries await you at the hotel bar.
Dinner from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm
A 5-course menu is served daily and on Thursdays you can enjoy a 6-course gala dinner.
The menu is not included in th room rate and can be booked on site at the reception.
Hotel bar from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm
Our bar staff will happily serve you coffee and tea specialties, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages as well as a variety of cocktails. The bar is also a central meeting point, where we accompany you through the evening with live music on selected days.
Vegan & vegetarian
Every day at the Hotel Exquisit ends with a gourmet menu by star chef Frank Aldinger. The chef knows how to pamper the palate with sophisticated compositions of predominantly regional ingredients. And when it comes to vegan and vegetarian cuisine, you can see Aldinger's creativity and attention to detail. But not only at dinner you can enjoy vegan-vegetarian delicacies, already at the breakfast buffet you will find all sorts of suitable products such as fruits, vegetables, almond and oat milk, vegan bread variations and much more. Salads and matching dressings as well as vegetarian snacks are also offered at lunch. As you can see or read, we adapt ourselves to your individual wishes and needs.
